Thanks for playing Jigsawly. If something isn't working, the steps below resolve the most common issues.
Restoring a Premium purchase
If you've previously bought Premium and it isn't unlocked on a new device, open the app, tap Settings, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Family Sharing is supported.
A puzzle won't load or images are blank
Jigsawly downloads puzzle images on first use. Check you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data, force-quit the app and re-open it. If the issue persists, restart your device.
I lost a puzzle I was working on
Jigsawly auto-saves the puzzle you most recently played. Daily Puzzles are preserved per day. Custom puzzles you uploaded yourself live in My Puzzles.
Refunds
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Jigsawly purchase.

Privacy Policy

Jigsawly is built with privacy in mind. There are no accounts, we don't ask for your email, and your photos stay on your device. This page explains exactly what data the app does and doesn't handle.
Data we collect
Subject to your in-app consent settings, Jigsawly collects:
- Anonymous usage analytics via Firebase Analytics — app launches, which screens you open, when puzzles are started, completed or abandoned, and purchase outcomes. This is governed by the in-app toggle Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data (default ON; toggle OFF and no events leave your device).
- Crash and performance diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics — used to identify and fix bugs.
- StoreKit purchase identifiers — Apple's
originalTransactionIDis used to recognise paying customers across their own devices. It contains no personal information.
All of the above is declared as not linked to your identity and not used for tracking in our App Store privacy manifest.
Data we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- We do not require you to create an account.
- Photos you turn into custom puzzles stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
Advertising (free version only)
The free version of Jigsawly shows ads from Google AdMob. When you launch the app for the first time, iOS will show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether to allow tracking. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, AdMob will only show non-personalised ads. If you choose Allow, AdMob may use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for measurement.
Buying Premium removes ads entirely; no ad SDK is used for Premium customers.

Children's privacy
Jigsawly is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not provide a way to enter personal details, contact other users, or share content with strangers.
Your controls
- Turn off analytics: Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data. When OFF, Firebase Analytics is fully disabled at the SDK level.
- Change tracking permission: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Jigsawly.
- Delete all local data: delete the app from your device. Custom puzzles and saved progress live only on-device and are removed with the app.
Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Storage) — used for anonymous analytics, crash reporting, and serving puzzle images.
- Google AdMob — used to serve ads in the free version only.
- Apple StoreKit — used for in-app purchases.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the Last updated date above and, where appropriate, surface the change in-app. Continued use of Jigsawly after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
